From humble beginnings in 1935 Howard Abraham (Motors) Ltd is recognised as one of the oldest family motor retailing businesses in Northern Ireland that remains to this day within family ownership.

Three generations of family are behind the business you see today. Our success today is very much a result of the founder’s business approach, one of ‘gentlemanly virtues’. Indeed today, we promise to be nothing other than straightforward with you, approachable and above all helpful.

Over the years many renowned names have been associated with Howard Abraham......Massey Ferguson, Austin, MG, British Leyland, Rover, Ford. As of today we represent as main franchise dealers - Peugeot, Kia & Skoda.

Significant investment in premises and people has been made to ensure your motoring expectations are fully met across 2 sites. 2005 saw the development of a class leading Peugeot site in Portadown embracing the ‘blue box’ retailing concept. In 2006 a purpose built extension was added to the Lurgan site to facilitate a growing Kia brand success. Significantly a vast extension was made to the used car site in Lurgan, now with retailing space of up to 100 cars across all makes and models.

One point, and it is a very important one. On any given day you’ll find us, the owners, with our ‘sleeves rolled up’ standing on the showroom floor meeting, greeting and handling your enquiries. And if you can’t find us, just ask.

The best measure of satisfaction we strive to achieve is when 2, 3, 4 or even 7 years later you walk back through our door and say “as you looked after me so well I’m back again”.
