Can I use your waiting facilities whilst waiting for my repair to be completed?
Yes, we have a large floor space with all seating socially distanced in line with the current government guidelines.


Can I get a relief vehicle/courtesy car?
Courtesy cars will NOT operate during the pandemic due to the risk of multiple users occupying the vehicle(s) over short periods of times.


Must I wear a face mask when entering or waiting inside your premises?
Please ensure at all times when entering our business premises you are wearing a facemask to fully comply with the current government social distancing guidelines and protective face mask regulations.




OUR SALES OPERATIONS


Is your car sales showroom physically open to the general public?
NO. Under the current restrictions our showroom must remain closed to prospective buyers until the lockdown restrictions are lifted.

Can I come to your premises to discuss buying a used car?
No. Again we are not permitted to physically engage with you where you request to view a specific used car on our forecourt. However, our used car display areas are fully accessible to the general public during the day and evening. 

Can I telephone or email you to discuss about a car?
Absolutely yes. We have a reduced number of or KIA and SKODA sales specialists working behind closed doors to assist you. We are available Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 17:00pm. You can telephone us, email us, or chat to us via our webchat. 

I want to buy a car from you, can I do this?
Yes, absolutely. Whether a new SKODA or new KIA or used car - we can do this for you. We can provide you with a video of the vehicle through 'Whatsapp' or 'Zoom', structure a deal for you, value your current car, conduct a finance application on your behalf. In fact everything you would expect from us if you where sitting in front of us. 

How do I get my vehicle order form, finance documents etc?
Our administration systems are set up to ensure you receive via electronic format a full vehicle sales agreement with our terms and conditions of the sale; regulatory disclosure documents such as general data protection; our Financial Conduct Authority authorisation etc. Where a credit or hire plan is in place for you, you will be issued the credit/hire 'pre-contract' electronically, 
in good time and in all cases before signing the hire/credit agreement, thus ensuring you are happy with the financial commitment.


Can I have the car I have bought from you, delivered to me?
Yes. Under the current restrictions you are not permitted to collect your purchased vehicle from our premises. We are permitted to deliver the vehicle to you. In all cases the vehicle must have a pre-arranged sale agreement in place. The car will sanitised at key touch points prior to delivery. We do understand you may want to test drive the car at your home before you finally conclude your agreement with us - this is not a problem. We will permit you to drive the car unaccompanied, on the condition we validate and retain the driver's driving licence during the test drive. We are limiting the delivery area to 50 miles from our dealership. 

I've seen a used car on your website that I want, but I would rather leave finalising the deal to when the current lockdown restrictions have been lifted?
No problem. Just click 'Reserve this car' on our website. There is no charge for this. You will receive an email to confirm your reservation. We will be in touch with you shortly for a chat to run through the reservation.

Can I come to test drive one of your cars?
No, this facility is not available during the lockdown period. 



I know this is a time of year for many who change their car. We can still help you with this. But please understand at Howard Abraham your health, your loved ones health and our health must be our priority during this particular and severe wave of the Covid virus.
